I never understood Brian Fanzo's excitment about Delta Airlines. In the end - it's a 40 billion dollar company with over 80.000 employees. What should be special about it? Now I know. They did not only have great service, but in the end surprised me with their social media work in contrast to another airline experience I had a few months ago. #Delta_airline #Brian_Fanzo #SMM
I believe a lot of traditional multibillion Euro/Dollar companies could learn from this example that it is possible to take advantage of "new" technology and tool to engage with your customers and make them happy. Why? Next time I have the chance, I will book delta.
