#Insurer,
#agents and even
#insurtech companies sometimes struggle to attract talent of the
#generationz and
#generationy . Instead of judging a new generation some companies choose to adapt their way of doing things: For example putting a lot of trust into them. More freedom and responsibility less command and control.
In the #insurance and #finance industry I did not hear so many example of #insurer and #banks doing that.
So I was a little skeptical about the following: An almost 150 year old mutual #Insurer that let's #insurance trainees and apprentices publish content on official company accounts on social media without lengthy approval processes or that gives them the opportunity to publish on websites for their peers.
So I decided to drop by and visit the mutual life insurance company "Lebensversicherung von 1871" aka LV1871 in Munich, Germany.
