Two years ago insurance companies, science and public institutions founded the InsurLab Germany in the beautiful city of Cologne. Since then a vibrant platform for decision makers of the insurance industry, founders and strategic partners developed.
I was curious what the success factors of building such a collaboration between competitors was and what could be learned outside the German ecosystem. One answer: The combination of new digital means and good old offline strategies.
